Rishtey is Viacom18’s second mass entertainment channel offering in India. A free-to-air channel, Rishtey made its foray into the country in December 2013 and is an extension of Viacom18’s entertainment bouquet for Indian audiences while complementing the network’s petal brand in the region. First launched in UK as a variety entertainment channel, ‘Rishtey’ in India features choicest shows from the existing COLORS content library including popular shows like Balika Vadhu, Sasural Simar Ka, etc. along with non-fiction and reality offerings as well as blockbuster Bollywood films.
