Raghav Bahl, 48 years, is the Founder, Controlling Shareholder and Managing Director of Network 18. Raghav began his career as a management consultant with A.F. Ferguson & Co. followed by a stint with American Express Bank before he turned to his first love, media. Winner of the Sanskriti Award for Journalism in 1994, Raghav has over 22 years’ experience in television and journalism. He founded TV18 (now Network18 Group) in 1993.
He has been instrumental in crafting successful Joint Ventures with such media giants as NBC Universal, Viacom, Time Warner and Forbes. In a short span of 15 years, Network18 has achieved a market capitalization in excess of USD 0.75 bn.
Raghav is a widely admired entrepreneur and was hailed as a Global Leader of Tomorrow by the World Economic Forum. He was also selected by Ernst & Young as 'Entrepreneur of The Year (2007) for Business Transformation'.
An Economics graduate from St. Stephens College, Raghav has done MBA from the University of Delhi.

Sanjay Ray Chaudhuri, 44 years, is Co-founder and Executive Director of the group. He started his career as an independent documentary film-maker for Doordarshan. He went on to direct and present India's first indigenously produced show for satellite television, The India Show. He also received the Onida Pinnacle Award for Excellence in Television in 1995 and a docu-drama series he directed called Bhanwar won the Jury's Choice Award for the Videocon-Screen Awards in 1999 . He has also directed quite a few music videos, corporate films, ad films, chat shows, game-shows and business shows for television. He handles programme development and design and looks after the creative and technological aspects of production for Network18. He is currently working on his first feature film.
He is an English Honours Graduate from St. Stephens College, Delhi University. He also holds a Degree in Masters in Mass Communications from the Mass Communications Research Centre.

Sameer Manchanda, 48 years, is the Joint Managing Director of ibn18 Broadcast Limited. His association with the Indian Television industry spans over two decades and he has played an active role in its evolution. Sameer has varied experience and expertise in distribution, strategic & financial planning, capital structuring, mergers & acquisitions, collaborations and joint ventures encompassing all segments of the media industry.
He had started IBN18 in partnership with the Network18 Group, Rajdeep Sardesai and Haresh Chawla. In just around 3 years IBN18 has grown from a single channel company to a 7 channel diversified entertainment & news player. Prior to ibn18, he was a Director at New Delhi Television (NDTV). He is also Chairman of the cable distribution company DEN Networks Limited.
He is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.

Rajdeep Sardesai, 44 years, is the Editor-in-chief of IBN network . He has 20 years of journalistic experience in print and television. Prior to setting up the IBN network channels , he was the Managing Editor of both NDTV 24X7 and NDTV India and was responsible for overseeing the news policy for both the channels. He has also worked with The Times of India for over 5 years and was city editor of its mumbai edition at the age of 26. During the last 20 years, he has covered major national and international stories, specialising in national politics. He has won numerous other awards for journalistic excellence, including the prestigious Padma Shri for journalism in 2008, the international broadcasters award for coverage of the 2002 Gujarat riots and the Ramnath Goenka excellence in journalism award for 2007. He has won the Asian television award for talk show presentation and has been News Anchor of the year at the Indian Television Academy for six of the last seven years. He is presently the President of the Editors Guild of India.
He has done his Masters and LLB from Oxford University.

Senthil Chengalvarayan, 46 years, is the President and Editorial Director of Network 18’s Business Media. In this role, Senthil heads a host of verticals which form part of the groups Business Media Ecosystem (this includes Business/Tech/Personal Finance magazines, financial portals, business wires and extensions of CNBC TV18 & CNBC Awaaz, business news on the mobile etc.).
Prior to this, Senthil was the Managing Editor of CNBC TV18. A service he helped start as its editor in 1999. As a pioneer of Business Television in India he led a team of journalists that made CNBC TV18 the most successful media network in the Country. Senthil, who has been a business journalist for over two decades, spent his early years with some of India’s leading business Dailies before joining Television Eighteen in 1994 when it was just a 30 man outfit. It was then a company pioneering the entry of private players into Television News in India. Senthil was a key participant in the effort that saw the industry break the shackles of government controlled news and grow into the phenomenon that it is today.
Senthil has been an invited speaker at a number of industry seminars. He was voted as one of India’s top 5 English news anchors by the Hindustan Times C-Fore Survey in 2007, the first Business Anchor to be included in that list. He is also a recipient of the Young Achiever Award from the Indo US Business Council.
